Cross-country skiing
Around Lądek Zdrój, there are more than 80 km of marked trails perfectly suited for this sport. We particularly recommend the 3 trails - ungroomed, running from Lądek Zdrój along the slopes of Trojak.
- The Red Route, length: approx. 2.5 km. It starts at the end of Bema Street in Lądek Zdrój, runs along the Madejowa Route, round Szubieniczna Góra and ends at Cicha Street.
- Red route around Trojak, length:8.5 km. Starts at Moniuszki street (Biskupi Staw). It runs through the Big Roundabout, then along the Great Circular Road around Trojak, Rozdroże Zamkowe, Droga Jelenia, Droga Piasta and ends at the Big Roundabout..
- Blue route, length:4 km. Start: Large Roundabout. Direction:Bird Road - Green Roundabout - Spruce Road - Little Circular Road around Trojak. The route ends at the Castle Crossroads
