New team cooks for Alhambra guests

New chef and his team . Worth a try.

Dear guests, today we take a look into our kitchen :) Krzysztof Nawrocki, winner of the second place in the Polish Culinary Cup 2012, is the chef here. He spent the last four years in Switzerland, gaining experience in French and Mediterranean cuisine. He left his homeland to continue his career in Lądek-Zdrój, working with the highest quality products and taking care of their seasonal use.Together with him, Łukasz Ressel, an experienced specialist in the culinary arts, cooks for you. He spent two years at the Hilton in Łódź and for over a year and a half served dishes at the luxury Concordia Taste restaurant in Poznań. Now he supports the kitchen of our hotel with his skills, devoting himself to his passions, which are European and Asian cuisine.The team is completed by Dariusz Sobieraj, a passionate photographer, cook and mountain expeditioner. Although he is the youngest and least experienced, he has no equal when it comes to speed of work and culinary imagination. He complements this with a sense of humour and a smile constantly visible on his face.
