Our restaurant, Alchemia, is on the ground floor and is also available for guest from outside the hotel.
Restaurant can seat 60 people at a time and invites everyone thirsty of culinary experiences each day. Breakfest is served between 8 and 10am every day, available for non-hotel guests. A’la carte restaurant is open from 1pm until 8pm from Sunday to Thursday, and until 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Our chefs turn fresh, seasonal and local products into simple, yet exquisite and tasty dishes. Our first head chef, starting with its opening up until March 2016, was Patryk Dziamski, a competitor in 4th edition of polish Top Chef.
